Fall 2015 Makeup Preview

I have to admit that the end of Summer is one of my favorite times of the year. I adore summer and I’m not a fan of cold weather, but there’s something about the excitement of Fall style and makeup trends that make me beyond happy. I’ve received about 5 “September Issues” of my favorite magazines and I love the inspiration they give for the next chapter in the year.

I was able to go online and pull some of the makeup trends that are in the near future and I can’t wait to try some of these looks. The great thing is, that most of these trends are looks that I already do, but with the volume turned up.

The idea of making metallic-foily shades look delicate has me amazed, deep berry lips are always a romantic alternative to a red, pairing a smoky eye with a natural face is a fresh twist on a dramatic look, champagne eyes and red lips just scream glamour, the full cat eye doesn’t seem to be going anywhere which I’m totally happy about, fake freckles?! Yes! and the half cat eye with a soft pink lip would make for a fantastic 5 minute application.

Overall, I’m inspired!

Also! I was featured in Essence Magazine this month as an insider on page 22! Let me know if you’ve seen it (I’m the one on the brick wall!)

Those are so gorgeous! I’m glad the cat eye is sticking around and all that metallic eye shadow – very excited for fall now 🙂 Thanks for the round up.
